Gülay Süzgenli, one of the residents, expressed her horror at the situation, stating that this was the fourth shoe theft incident in their building since August. She also raised concerns about the safety of the residents, especially after seeing the thief with a dangerous weapon in his hand. Another resident, Gülben Özünlü, also shared her fears, stating that they have taken precautions to secure their property after the incident.
