EBRD to Provide Financial Management Training for Turkmen Entrepreneurs
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to Hold Finance Training in Ashgabat
From May 6 to 8, 2024, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will be hosting a training session in Ashgabat on the development of entrepreneurial skills titled “Finance for non-financial managers.” The training will be held at the Yildiz Hotel and aims to introduce participants to the principles of financial decision-making and the analysis of basic financial statements based on international best practices.
Understanding finance is crucial for the success of any business. Being able to analyze financial documents, make informed management decisions, and identify profitable sources of financing are all key aspects of running a successful enterprise. The course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to enhance their financial acumen and improve their business operations.
Participants will be selected through a competitive application process, with the deadline for submissions set for April 29, 2024. The training will be led by Naira Markaryan, an international management consultant with over 15 years of experience. Markaryan serves as the President of the Board of the Institute of Management Consulting in Armenia and owns her own consulting company.
The training is free to attend and is funded by the European Union, providing a valuable opportunity for professionals to enhance their financial management skills at no cost.
