Enhancing Youth Cooperation: A Gathering with the Leadership of the Eurasian and African Peoples’ Assembly Orient
A meeting between Turkmenistan and the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations, the Eurasian and African Peoples’ Assembly, was recently held at the Center for Public Organizations in Turkmenistan. The meeting brought together key figures from both sides to discuss the establishment of youth cooperation between Turkmenistan and countries in Eurasia and Africa.
Led by Chairperson Svetlana Smirnova, Deputy Chairperson Olga Nefedova, and Assistant Vladimir Smirnov, the Assembly aims to unite non-governmental organizations and citizens who share values of Eurasian integration, peace, friendship, and partnership among peoples. The youth wing of the Assembly focuses on uniting young people from Eurasian countries to advocate for common interests, promote integration processes, and foster peace and harmony in the region through diplomacy, culture, and entrepreneurship.
During the meeting, discussions centered around the importance of fostering connections between young people from different countries and the active involvement of youth in international events. The parties exchanged views on youth cooperation and highlighted the significance of youth participation in building a better future.
In addition, the Assembly recently considered the idea of hosting World Public Summits, with the first summit titled “Multipolar World of Conscious Unity” proposed to take place in Kazan. The summit aims to bring together two thousand guests to discuss global issues and promote unity among nations. Subsequent summits are planned to be held in other locations, including Austria.
This meeting marks an important step in strengthening relationships between Turkmenistan and countries in Eurasia and Africa, as they work together to promote peace, cooperation, and mutual understanding among their youth populations.
