Estonian Prime Minister Optimistic About Peace Agreement Between Armenia and Azerbaijan
Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal has expressed optimism regarding the potential signing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. During a joint press conference with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Michal underscored the significance of achieving peace in the South Caucasus region not only for the involved nations but also for Estonia and Europe.
"I am glad that Armenia and Azerbaijan have been able to agree on the text of a peace agreement. I hope that the agreement will be signed in the near future," Michal stated. This hopeful sentiment comes amidst longstanding conflicts in the area, making the prospect of peace particularly significant.
