Exciting New Amusement Park Coming to Bishkek
New Amusement Park Planned for Bishkek
The city of Bishkek is set to see a new addition to its infrastructure with the construction of a new amusement park. A draft resolution submitted by the City Council outlines the plans for the park, which aim to provide residents with a space for leisure and entertainment.
The proposed location for the park is a 10-hectare plot of land at the intersection of Zhaiyl Baatyr and Ala-Archa streets, which is currently registered as municipal property of Bishkek. Eurasia KG, the founder of which is ANO Eurasia, has expressed interest in financing the project.
Eurasia KG has proposed to design, build, and operate the amusement park, which will include amusement rides, a food court, an aqua zone, entertainment facilities, and administrative buildings. In exchange for funding the project, the fund is requesting to transfer ownership of the park to the city for a period of 25 years. During this time, the park will be used for the enjoyment of the public.
Additionally, the fund is seeking permission to lease certain parts of the park, such as the food court and entertainment facilities, to third parties. The revenue generated from these leases will be used for the maintenance of the park.
Overall, the construction of this new amusement park in Bishkek is expected to enhance the city’s recreational offerings and provide a space for families and residents to enjoy leisure activities.
