Exciting New Year’s Events in Çeşme, Turkey
As the holiday season approaches, the Çeşme District Police Department is gearing up to ensure the safety and security of citizens in the popular holiday center of Çeşme. With the aim of enabling citizens to enter the new year in peace, the police department will be on duty with a full staff.
Precautionary measures have already been put in place, with the police department working with a total of 493 personnel, 205 of whom will be coming from Izmir as reinforcements. This will ensure that there is an ample number of officers to handle any potential issues that may arise during the holiday season.
In addition to the increased staffing, the police department will also be conducting radar inspections and alcohol enforcement at various points throughout the district. This will be carried out by 5 traffic teams and 6 motorcycle police teams, with the goal of ensuring that roads are safe for all travelers and that alcohol-related incidents are kept to a minimum.
