According to reports, the electric pickup truck burst into flames around 8:40 AM local time before a devastating explosion occurred. Las Vegas Police Department spokesperson Kevin McMahill confirmed the death of one individual inside the vehicle and revealed that seven others sustained injuries.

In a statement on his social media account, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, a prominent supporter of Trump, denied any responsibility for the explosion, suggesting that it may have been triggered by fireworks or a bomb. In New Orleans, a tragic vehicle attack claimed the lives of ten individuals and left at least 35 others injured. Authorities are treating the incident as an act of terrorism and have identified the perpetrator as 42-year-old US citizen Shamsud Din Jabbar.
The FBI released a statement confirming the attacker’s identity and disclosing the discovery of weapons, explosives, and a DAESH flag in the vehicle. Efforts are underway to neutralize any remaining threats and establish the functional status of the explosives.
