Extraordinary Assembly Convenes Tomorrow for Sami Özuslu’s Oath Ceremony

The Assembly of the Republic has announced that an extraordinary meeting will be held tomorrow to swear in Sami Özuslu, who was elected as a deputy from the Republican Turkish Party (CTP) in the June 25 by-election.
Under the chairmanship of Speaker Zorlu Töre, the 3rd extraordinary meeting is scheduled to commence at 10:00, as confirmed by the Assembly of the Republic.
Sami Özuslu emerged victorious in the Parliamentary and Local Organization Bodies By-election held on June 25. With an impressive 43.73 percent of the votes, he secured the missing parliamentary seat in the Assembly of the Republic as a CTP deputy candidate.
The extraordinary meeting tomorrow will mark the official swearing-in of Sami Özuslu, elevating him to his new role as a deputy representing the CTP in the Assembly of the Republic.
