Fans to Receive Free Public Transport and 50% Railway Discounts for Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan
In an effort to support and encourage fans attending the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan, President’s Decree No. 195 has been issued to provide various transportation benefits. The tournament is set to take place from September 14 to October 6 in the cities of Tashkent, Andijan, and Bukhara.
One of the key highlights of the decree is that public transport will be free for fans with accreditation for the World Cup or tickets to the matches. This offer applies to both foreign and local fans and aims to make transportation more convenient and accessible during the event.
In addition to free public transport, fans will also receive a 50% discount on railway tickets if they have accreditation for the World Cup or tickets to the matches. This discount applies to designated train routes during the tournament period.
To take advantage of these transportation benefits, fans must present their accreditation cards or match tickets when using public transport or purchasing railway tickets. This initiative is expected to make travel easier for fans and enhance the overall experience of the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan.
Furthermore, to accommodate the influx of fans during the tournament, four extra passenger carriages will be added to selected train routes from September 10 to October 10. These routes include “Tashkent – Bukhara,” “Tashkent – Andijan – Tashkent,” “Andijan – Bukhara – Khiva – Andijan,” “Andijan – Bukhara – Kungrad – Andijan,” and “Andijan – Termez – Andijan.”
