A Tragic Incident: 4 Police Officers Killed in Charlotte, North Carolina
A routine house search in Charlotte, North Carolina turned deadly when police officers were attacked with guns in the evening hours. Police Chief Johnny Jennings revealed that the officers were met with gunfire upon entering the house to search for a suspect involved in a crime. The officers had to open fire in response to the attack.
Tragically, 4 police officers lost their lives in the attack, while 4 others were injured. One of the injured officers is in serious condition. The suspect was also shot and killed at the scene. Chief Jennings described the incident as one of the worst in Charlette’s history and assured that a thorough investigation will be conducted.
