Fatal Collision Between Truck and Car Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Injured
A fatal accident occurred in the rural Doğançay District of Midyat district, resulting in one death and one injury.
The collision took place at noon between a truck with plate number 71 AF 497, driven by Manaz T. (49), and a car with plate number 21 ADE 313, whose driver’s name is unknown.
Emergency response teams, including health, fire brigade, and gendarmerie, quickly arrived at the scene. Tragically, the driver of the car was pronounced dead on the spot.
The deceased driver’s body was taken to the morgue for further examination, while the injured truck driver, Manaz T., was rushed to Midyat State Hospital for medical treatment after receiving initial first aid.
