Fire at Adana Scrap Warehouse Leaves 5 Injured by Smoke
A fire broke out in a scrap material warehouse located on the ground floor of a 3-storey apartment building in Barbaros District, Adana. The cause of the fire is currently unknown, but it quickly spread and engulfed the building in smoke.
Residents of the apartment were forced to evacuate as the smoke filled the building rapidly. Firefighters rushed to the scene upon receiving the notice and were able to extinguish the fire. Unfortunately, 5 apartment residents were affected by the smoke and had to be taken to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities are now investigating the cause of the fire that damaged the warehouse. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of fire safety measures in both residential and commercial buildings to prevent such emergencies from occurring.
