Fire Breaks Out in Başakşehir İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone – Breaking News from Turkey
A fire broke out in a 6-storey factory located in Başakşehir İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone for an unknown reason, according to recent reports. Upon hearing the news, firefighters, police and medical teams were immediately sent to the scene. However, the flames soon engulfed the entire building as firefighters worked to put out the fire. Fortunately, eight workers who were initially trapped in the building were eventually rescued by the firefighters. Medical teams were also present at the site to attend to any injuries while the firefighters were battling the fire.
Firefighters have also issued warnings to surrounding citizens of the possible explosion of the tubes on the third floor of the building. As a result, firefighters are working diligently to contain the fire and prevent any further damage or hazards to individuals in the area.
The situation remains ongoing and while crews continue to work tirelessly, the exact cause of the fire and extent of the damage incurred remains unknown.
