
Fire Breaks Out on Roof of 3-Story Building in Şişli

A fire broke out in a three-storey building located in Şişli Mahmut Şevket Paşa District, Çamözü Street, early in the morning at around 07.30. The fire started on the 3rd floor of the building and quickly spread to the roof. Residents of the building were able to evacuate safely once they noticed the fire.
The fire department quickly responded to the emergency and dispatched fire brigade, health, and police teams to the scene. Firefighters worked tirelessly to prevent the flames from spreading to neighboring buildings. The fire was eventually brought under control and extinguished from two directions. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries reported, but the building sustained damages.
Citizens on the scene captured footage of the fire on their mobile phones. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
