First Multi-Apartment Residential Quarter in Lachin Laid with Foundation Stone by President Aliyev
President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan attended the foundation stone-laying ceremony for Lachin’s first multi-apartment residential quarter. Spread across an area of 16.3 hectares, the quarters will comprise residential buildings, a sport complex, and other facilities. The resident buildings will have a total of 462 apartments, consisting of 45 one-room, 126 two-room, 180 three-room, and 108 four-room apartments. The residential quarter is primed to house approximately 1630 people.
President Aliyev was briefed about the upcoming residential quarter before laying the foundation stone. He also inspected the finishing stages of the sport complex’s construction. The project will be a great stride in Lachin’s developmental trajectory.
