“First Multi-Apartment Residential Quarter in Lachin Gets Foundation Stone Laid”
President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation stone for the first multi-apartment residential quarter in the city of Lachin. The quarter will span 16.3 hectares and will feature residential buildings, a sports complex, and several other facilities. The president was informed about the planned development and helped to lay the foundation stone for the residential quarter.
The residential quarter is set to hold a total of 462 apartments, including 45 one-room, 126 two-room, 180 three-room, and 108 four-room options, and will accommodate up to 1630 people. During his visit, President Aliyev also examined the finishing stages of the construction of the sports complex.
The development of this new residential quarter will provide Lachin residents with modern and comfortable housing options, while also contributing to the city’s overall development.
