First residential quarter in Hadrut marks foundation stone laying ceremony (VIDEO)
President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva of Azerbaijan have attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the first-ever residential quarter in the settlement of Hadrut. Hadrut is an investment zone for the private sector and is expected to have 28 houses in its first residential quarter. PMD Group LLC is responsible for the construction of the houses.
