Flagpole Removed from Central Ala-Too Square in Bishkek
Bishkek City Hall Removes Flagpole for Central Square Reconstruction
In an effort to improve the central Ala-Too square in Bishkek, the flagpole and guard of honor booth have been removed for reconstruction. The Bishkek City Hall announced that the existing fountain groups will also be reconstructed with the replacement of water pipes and changes in the external parameters of the structures on the western and eastern sides, as well as in the central part of the square.
The City Hall further revealed that a project for a 100-meter flagpole has been developed by the Bishkekglavarkhitektura municipal enterprise. This project aims to enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of the central square.
While the flagpole remains absent from the square for the time being, residents and visitors can look forward to a revitalized and upgraded central Ala-Too square in the near future. Stay tuned for further updates on the progress of this reconstruction project.
