Former Yemen Defense Minister’s Son Released on Condition of Judicial Control
Musaeed Husseyin, the son of the former Minister of Defense of Yemen, has been released from custody but is now under judicial control. He was referred to the courthouse after undergoing procedures at the police station.
Following an interrogation by the prosecutor, Musaeed Hussein was initially banned from traveling, but this decision was later changed to house arrest. His lawyer, Kerim Bahadır Şeker, took to social media to make a statement about the incident. “The Police Department just called us and informed us that house arrest will be imposed on our client, the son of the former Minister of Defense of Yemen. The prosecutor’s office has changed its decision, and we will object. It will be announced to the public,” he said.
The reasons for the changes in the decision regarding Musaeed Husseyin’s release have not been disclosed. The case continues to attract attention as it develops.
