
Four Dogs Allegedly Poisoned and Killed in Tragic Incident in Bodrum.

A recent incident in the Konacık District has left residents in shock and sadness. Five dogs, who were being cared for by citizens on the street, were found motionless with foam coming from their mouths. Upon receiving the distressing news, veterinary teams affiliated with the municipality were immediately dispatched to the region.
Upon arrival, the veterinary teams discovered that four of the dogs had sadly passed away. However, one lucky dog was still alive and was promptly treated. The four deceased dogs, suspected to have been poisoned, were taken to the Veterinary Affairs Directorate for necropsy.
In response to this tragic event, an investigation has been launched. Muğla Bar Association Wildlife Protection and Animal Rights Commission President, Lawyer Arzu Ayyıldız, stated, “An investigation for evidence is being carried out in the area where the dogs were poisoned. We were in the area last night, we went to the area again today. We made the necessary notifications, we will follow the process.”
