Four People Succumb to Sunstroke in Kocaeli
Four female students staying at Pertevpaşa Student Dormitory in Körfez district had a fun day at the beach that turned into a health scare. The students decided to spend the morning swimming and sunbathing at the sea, but unfortunately, they ended up falling ill after returning home.
The students, who were later diagnosed with sunstroke, were quickly attended to by medical professionals after an ambulance was called to the dormitory. Thankfully, the students were said to be in good health as they received treatment at the hospital.
It serves as a reminder of the importance of staying hydrated and taking necessary precautions when spending time in the sun, especially during hot summer days. We hope that the students have a speedy recovery and are able to return to their normal activities soon.
