Gas Shortage in Southern Bishkek for Three Days
Gas Supply to Southern Part of Bishkek to be Suspended for Maintenance Work
Residents of the southern part of Bishkek should be prepared for a temporary gas outage from March 31 to April 2. This announcement was made by the press service of Bishkekgaz, the city’s gas provider.
The interruption in gas supply is necessary to allow for maintenance work to be carried out on the underground medium-pressure gas pipeline in the area. This work will help ensure the continued reliability and safety of the gas supply to residents.
The affected area includes Masaliev Street, Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue, Manas Aiyly, Semetey, Sadyrbaev Streets, as well as Orto-Sai village, residential areas Sary Ozon, Ala-Archa 1, 2, Bravo, Ordo, Baytik Baatyr Street, the presidential administration Yntymak Ordo, the residence of the head of state, and Bishkek Free Economic Zone.
Bishkekgaz has apologized for any inconvenience caused and is asking consumers in the affected areas to switch to alternative energy sources during the gas outage. The company is committed to completing the maintenance work efficiently to ensure a reliable and safe gas supply to residents in the long run.
