Gas shortage to affect several Bishkek districts for days
The residents of some districts in Bishkek will face a gas shortage for several days as planned repairs are conducted on low and medium-pressure gas pipelines, according to a report by Bishkekgaz.
The affected areas, delineated by specific streets, include:
– Kolbaev, Kalinin, Auezov, Tokmakskaya Streets, and Pobeda Avenue from June 10-12
– Lermontov, Kirov, Chapaev Streets, and Lenin Avenue from June 10-12
– Torekul Aitmatov, April 7, Armeiskaya Streets, and Chui Avenue from June 11-13
– Lenin, Vostochnaya, Sokulukskaya, Kirov, Lermontov Streets from June 12-14
During this period, Bishkekgaz is urging consumers to switch to alternative energy sources to cope with the gas shutdown.
