On May 8, General Secretary To Lam of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam wrapped up his state visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan. This visit was marked by discussions aimed at strengthening the relationship between the two nations.
Upon his departure from Heydar Aliyev International Airport, a guard of honor welcomed General Secretary To Lam, showcasing the cordial ties shared through the display of national flags from both countries. Accompanying him was his spouse, Ngo Phuong Ly, making the occasion significant on both diplomatic and personal levels.
