Georgia’s President Visits Heydar Aliyev Center in Azerbaijan
Mikheil Kavelashvili, the President of Georgia, paid a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center during his official trip to Azerbaijan. The Center, known for its exceptional architecture, was a focal point of interest for the Georgian President.
The primary focus of the Heydar Aliyev Center is to delve deep into the study and exploration of the state philosophy of Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader of Azerbaijan, along with the ideology of Azerbaijanism and his enduring legacy. The virtual Heydar Aliyev Museum within the Center provides a comprehensive overview of the National Leader’s activities during his time leading Azerbaijan.
President Kavelashvili had the opportunity to see the cars used by Heydar Aliyev during his tenure as the leader of Azerbaijan from 1969 to 2003. The exhibits, photographs, and multimedia presentations showcasing different phases of the National Leader’s work generated significant interest from the visiting Georgian President.
Furthermore, President Kavelashvili explored the “Pearls of Azerbaijan” exhibition, which highlights the rich history and culture of Azerbaijan through unique artifacts related to the country’s natural resources, historical background, and cultural heritage. The exhibition also features traditional carpets, national attire, ancient coins, and more.
During his visit, the Georgian leader also took a look at the “Classic cars exhibition” before signing the guest book as a gesture of appreciation for his enriching experience at the Heydar Aliyev Center.
