UEFA Referee Committee Reveals List of Officials for EURO 2024
The UEFA Referee Committee has officially announced the 18 referees and assistant referee teams who will officiate in 51 matches at UEFA EURO 2024. Among the distinguished referees selected is Halil Umut Meler from Turkey, who holds a FIFA license and will be one of the referees blowing the whistle at EURO 2024.

Furthermore, in continuation of the partnership between UEFA and the South American Football Confederation CONMEBOL, Argentine referee Facundo Tello, along with two assistants, will join the group of European referees for the final tournament in Germany, just like in UEFA EURO 2020.
Each referee team in every match will consist of a referee, two assistant referees, a fourth referee, a reserve assistant referee in the stadium, and a team of three video match officials. Support match officials will act as fourth referees as indicated in the full list of match officials provided.
In preparation for UEFA EURO 2024, all referees, assistant referees, and video match officials will undergo a course in Frankfurt, Germany in mid-May. Throughout the tournament, these officials will be stationed at the main camp in Frankfurt, while video match officials will be based in Leipzig operating from the International Broadcast Center during matches.
