Strong Winds Expected in Bishkek and Chui Region

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan has issued a warning for strong winds expected in Bishkek and the Chui region in the next hour and in the evening. According to the Ministry, thunderstorms and winds of up to 15-20 meters per second are anticipated.
In light of this forecast, the ministry has provided safety recommendations for individuals to follow during a storm:
– Avoid parking cars near trees and lightweight objects.
– Stay away from places where electrical wires are located.
– Wear glasses for added protection.
In the event of an emergency or accident, individuals are advised to call 112 for assistance. Stay safe and take necessary precautions to avoid any potential risks during the strong winds.
