Huawei boosts intelligent system development in Central Asia
The Huawei Cloud TechWave Summit 2024 took place in Baku, Azerbaijan, under the theme "Accelerating the development of intelligent systems with everything as a service". The event showcased Huawei’s latest products and solutions, highlighting their commitment to digital transformation in the Middle East and Central Asia region.
One of the key highlights of the summit was the presentation of Huawei’s technical document on cloud video functionality with AI, known as Cloud AI Video Service. Additionally, Huawei unveiled the new release of the Ecosystem Alliance focusing on Data Convergence and Artificial Intelligence. This initiative aims to drive intelligent modernization in government agencies and industries in the region.
Alan Qi, President of Huawei for the Middle East and Central Asia, emphasized the company’s dedication to accelerating digital transformation in the area. Furthermore, Hu Yuhai, Huawei Hybrid Cloud Vice President, announced the launch of the Huawei Cloud Stack 8.3 smart upgrade cloud in the Middle East and Central Asia markets. This upgrade is designed to provide reliable cloud infrastructure and innovative capabilities to facilitate the adoption of intelligent technologies by government agencies and enterprises.
During the summit, Huawei collaborated with Ankabut to showcase a cloud data center demonstration project, focusing on high-performance computing networks (HPC) and cloud data centers to drive digital transformation in education in the United Arab Emirates.
Overall, the Huawei Cloud TechWave Summit 2024 demonstrated the company’s ongoing efforts to accelerate digital transformation and promote the adoption of intelligent technologies in the Middle East and Central Asia region.
