Secret Service Report Reveals Link Between Migration and Terrorism, Says Hungarian Politician
A report by the secret service on the connection between migration and terrorism has been made public, according to Máté Kocsis, the group leader of ruling Fidesz. In a Facebook post on Thursday, Kocsis stated that the report clearly shows the risks posed to the security of Europe by the irresponsible migration policy of Brussels.
Kocsis pointed out that well-known terrorist organizations such as ISIS, al-Qaeda, and Hamas are already present on the Serbian-Hungarian border. He emphasized that more and more information about terrorist acts targeting Europe is being generated in the region.
Moreover, Kocsis revealed that the Taliban is also present in Vojvodina, and many people smugglers are associated with Afghan Taliban government leaders and members of the Haqqani terrorist group linked to them. He highlighted that acts of violence and the use of weapons have become regular occurrences at the border.
Expressing concern, Kocsis called for decisive action against terrorism and emphasized the need for support from the European Union in Hungarian border protection. He also shared a link to the secret service report.
The release of this report raises further questions about the impact of migration policies on European security. As concerns over terrorism continue to grow, it is crucial for policymakers in Brussels to reassess and develop a new migration policy that prioritizes security.
