Iberojet introduces charter flights from Madrid to Tashkent and Urgench
The Spanish company Iberojet will be offering charter flights to Uzbekistan twice a week, starting from September 2. Flights will be available on the Madrid-Tashkent and Madrid-Urgench routes using Airbus 330 aircraft.
This announcement was made by Uzbekistan Airports, who revealed that the first flight to Tashkent will take place on September 2, followed by a flight to Urgench on September 8. Iberojet is a Spanish airline that is part of the Iberostar group, and their air carrier World2Fly will be operating the flights to Uzbekistan.
The introduction of long-haul Airbus A330 aircraft by Uzbekistan Airways earlier this year has marked a new chapter in aviation for the country. Private company Air Samarkand has also received A330 aircraft, with plans to expand their fleet. Additionally, Uzbekistan Airways recently launched a direct flight from Tashkent to Nha Trang.
Evelop Airlines, S.L., operating as Iberojet, is known for providing charter flights on behalf of tour operators in Spain and Portugal. The airline, founded in 2013, is based in Palma de Mallorca and Lisbon.
Travelers interested in exploring Uzbekistan can now take advantage of the new charter flights offered by Iberojet, providing more options for international travel from Spain to this Central Asian destination.
