Illegal Grazing Lands Returned to State Ownership

According to the Land Code’s regulations, pastures cannot be transferred to private ownership or lease. As a result of these violations, the 6.17 hectares of illegally transferred pasture lands have been returned to the state.

This discovery highlights the importance of upholding land laws and regulations to protect valuable natural resources in Kyrgyzstan. The authorities are working diligently to ensure that such illegal activities are identified and rectified to preserve the integrity of the country’s land management system.
