Imam Seeks Forgiveness from Baby Sıla in Heartbreaking Ceremony
The small town of Altınova in Tekirdağ, Turkey, mourned the loss of baby Sıla, who tragically passed away after being treated at the hospital. The heartbreaking incident has left the community in shock and grief.
The body of baby Sıla was taken from the morgue and brought to her relatives’ house in Altınova District for well-being. Later, the baby’s body was taken to the Yeni Mosque in the same neighborhood, where her aunts hugged the coffin and cried for a long time.
Medical teams were present at the funeral to provide support to the grieving family members. Women from the Women’s Solidarity Platform attended the ceremony, holding signs that read “Sıla is our daughter” as a tribute to the young child.
During the funeral prayer, Provincial Mufti Mustafa Soykök expressed deep sorrow and asked for forgiveness from baby Sıla on behalf of everyone present. He emphasized the importance of embracing human values and taking responsibility for protecting the vulnerable in society.
Following the emotional ceremony, baby Sıla’s body was laid to rest in Yenişehir Cemetery. The funeral was attended by family members, local officials, and community members, all of whom came together to pay their respects to the departed child.
In a tragic turn of events, it was revealed that baby Sıla had been a victim of sexual abuse. The investigation led to the arrest of five individuals, including the baby’s mother, in connection with the incident. The suspects were taken into custody and later arrested by the court.
The entire community is left grappling with the loss of baby Sıla and the horrifying circumstances surrounding her passing. As they mourn her untimely death, they also seek justice for the innocent child who was taken too soon.
