Telecommunications Department Sets Deadline for Debt Payments
The Telecommunications Department has issued a statement notifying subscribers that all outstanding debts must be paid by January 31, 2024, with a grace period until March 15. Failure to settle accounts by the deadline will result in the disconnection of voice, data, and internet services through computer systems.
Subscribers who have accumulated 12 billing periods or more in debt to the Department will also face the cancellation of their lines starting February 2023. To avoid any disruption to their services, subscribers are encouraged to make payments promptly by visiting the accounting office of their nearest Telecommunications Department branch or at contracted banks.
