Buldan stated, “President Erdogan will share his views on the necessary steps to be taken. We will inform him accordingly.” Meanwhile, Önder expressed gratitude towards the unity and determination shown by everyone throughout the process leading up to this point.
During a statement made before the meeting, AK Party Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala highlighted the importance of the month of April in the ongoing non-terrorism process. Ala mentioned that they anticipate a significant development by the end of April to effectively neutralize all elements of the terrorist organization.
The Dem Party İmralı delegation has previously conducted political party tours, meeting with AK Party Parliamentary officials and deputy chairmen. Following the meeting with President Erdoğan, the delegation is expected to visit İmralı for the fourth time.
