Incentive Grants Fund 34 Projects in Chui Region
Incentive grants totaling 30.6 million soms have been used to finance at least 34 projects in Chui region since the beginning of 2024, according to the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan.
The funds have been utilized for infrastructure development in various areas within the region. A breakdown of the allocation includes:
– 5.8 million soms for seven facilities in Sokuluk district
– 5.8 million soms for six facilities in Issyk-Ata district
– 5.8 million soms for seven facilities in Panfilov district
– 4.4 million soms for three facilities in Kemin district
– 4 million soms for three facilities in Chui district
– 2.4 million soms for one facility in Moskovsky district
– 900,000 soms for two facilities in Zhaiyl district
– 900,000 soms for four facilities in Tokmok city
– 600,000 soms for one facility in Alamedin district
The majority of the grants, amounting to 18 million soms, were allocated for the modernization of 22 schools. Additionally, 7.4 million soms were earmarked for the development of engineering and communications infrastructure, 3.3 million soms for the construction of a sports facility, and 1.9 million soms for a kindergarten.
This ongoing investment in infrastructure by the government aims to improve the quality of education, enhance public facilities, and create a more sustainable and developed environment for the residents of Chui region.
