Increase in Salaries for Archive Service Employees Directed by Head of Cabinet
Akylbek Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, recently visited the State Data Processing Center under the Ministry of Digital Development to oversee the progress of construction and installation works in the server room and the delivery of infrastructure engineering equipment. The aim of this center is to facilitate the country’s digital transformation and centralize infrastructure to ensure reliability and information security.
Minister of Digital Development Nuriya Kutnayeva highlighted the benefits of the State Data Processing Center, which will streamline government agencies’ activities, reduce budget spending on information systems, and accelerate the implementation of new IT solutions.
During the visit, Japarov also inspected the Bishkek City State Archive, where a new building is being constructed using funds from the national budget. Following his tour, Japarov issued instructions to digitize archival data and improve the wages of Archive Service employees.
These initiatives are part of Kyrgyzstan’s efforts to modernize its digital infrastructure and enhance data management practices. By investing in state-of-the-art facilities and technology, the country is paving the way for a more efficient and secure digital future.
