Yalova Authorities Release Results of Water Analysis: No Chemical Risks Found
The Ministry of Health Public Health Laboratory officials recently conducted an investigation at the drinking water treatment plant in Yalova following suspicions of chemicals in the network water. The initial analysis results have been announced, confirming that there is no risk of contamination in the water for hygiene purposes only.
The Yalova Governorship also issued a statement on the matter, reassuring residents that the water is safe for general use. However, the comprehensive analysis process is still ongoing to ensure the water quality meets all standards.
The investigation was prompted by reports of foaming in the Kadiköy Regulator pool, which supplies water to the province. The first analysis conducted by the Ministry of Health Public Health Laboratory found no evidence of harmful chemicals in the water, but further testing is being conducted as a precaution.
