Internship Opportunity with USAID YDA Project
USAID’s YDA Project is looking for interns to participate in a program aimed at improving the delivery of employment services in Turkmenistan. The interns will work with recruitment agencies to implement the online employment platform “Wakant.”
Wakant is a comprehensive online platform that comprises a website and a mobile application. It allows job seekers to easily find suitable vacancies and submit applications, while providing employers access to a large audience and professional services from leading recruitment agencies in Turkmenistan. The online platform was developed by USAID’s YDA Project.
Interns will have the opportunity to work part-time on a flexible schedule based on their preferences. They will gain valuable professional experience, receive training, and participate in USAID YDA Project activities. Upon completion of the internship, certificates and letters of recommendation will be issued. The selection of candidates will be carried out on a competitive basis.
Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age, possess computer skills, and have a good command of the Turkmen and Russian languages, both spoken and written. Additionally, excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, along with a sense of responsibility and punctuality.
