Introducing Fast-Track Service at Checkpoints in Uzbekistan

The Ministry of Justice in Uzbekistan has recently unveiled a new Fast-Track service at border checkpoints, aimed at reducing wait times for citizens crossing the state border.

This new service allows passengers to bypass long lines by submitting an application in advance through the Customs Committee website or electronic payment systems. Once approved, passengers and their belongings will be inspected in a separate area, streamlining the process and saving time.

The cost of the Fast-Track service is 15% of the base calculation unit for each adult passenger on the day the queue is processed.

In addition to the Fast-Track service, the Ministry of Justice has also introduced an “Electronic Queue” system for drivers. This system allows drivers to register in the queue through the official Customs Committee website or designated waiting areas, providing a more efficient way to manage traffic flow at border checkpoints.

These new innovations are part of the Ministry of Justice’s efforts to improve border security and enhance the overall travel experience for citizens in Uzbekistan.
