Introducing the New ‘Cholpon’ Laptop: Assembled in Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek – The 24.kg news agency reported that a laptop assembled in Kyrgyzstan may soon be named “Cholpon”. Deputy of the Parliament, Dastan Bekeshev, shared this information on his Telegram channel.
According to Bekeshev, every teacher in Kyrgyzstan will soon be provided with a Kyrgyz state laptop. The country is aiming to produce its own laptops, and teachers will be the first to receive them. The president has been asked to come up with a name for the new laptop, with “Cholpon” being the first proposed name.
Earlier, Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Edil Baisalov, announced that all teachers in Kyrgyzstan will receive laptops by June. This initiative aims to support education and technology in the country.
