Calls for Migration and Attacks on Gaza Continue: Israeli Leaders Encourage Controversial Actions
Israeli right-wing politician Itamar Ben-Gvir, supported by Environmental Protection Minister Idit Silman, continues to push for extreme measures in dealing with Gaza and the Palestinian population.
In a recent demonstration in West Jerusalem, Ben-Gvir reiterated his call for the restart of Israel’s attacks on Gaza, the occupation of the region, the exile of Palestinians, and the construction of settlements. He referenced US President Donald Trump’s support for his ideas, claiming that he is right to encourage migration from Gaza.
Minister Silman joined in, stating that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is working with Trump to promote a historic migration from Gaza. She emphasized the need for Gaza to be completely evacuated as the only solution.
Despite a ceasefire and captive exchange agreement with Hamas, Israel continues to violate the ceasefire in Gaza. Munir El-Burş, General Manager of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, reported that 92 Palestinians have lost their lives in attacks since the Armistice Agreement was reached.
The situation remains tense as calls for migration, attacks on Gaza, and the evacuation of Palestinians persist among Israeli leaders. The conflict in the region shows no signs of resolution as casualties continue to rise.
