Bishkek Journalist Detained on Charges of Mass Riots

On March 20, 2025, journalist Kanyshai Mamyrkulova was detained in Bishkek, according to activist Amanbilov. Mamyrkulova was initially interrogated at the capital’s Main Internal Affairs Department.
