Kamchybek Tashiev Inaugurates New Border Outpost in Barpy Village
Kyrgyzstan strengthens border security with new outpost in Jalal-Abad region
The Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) Kamchybek Tashiev recently inaugurated a new border outpost in Barpy village, Suzak district of Jalal-Abad region. The purpose of this new building is to improve the conditions of service and life for border guards, as well as to enhance the material and technical resources available to them, including modern weaponry.
During the opening ceremony, Tashiev emphasized the importance of upholding the law and serving the country faithfully. He highlighted the significant penalties that will be enforced for any illegal or irregular actions committed by border guards or military personnel. Tashiev also reassured that the Kyrgyz army has been provided with the necessary funds, increased salaries, living conditions, and weapons to perform their duties effectively.
After the inauguration, Tashiev conducted an inspection of the outpost’s facilities, including the canteens, training halls, and utility rooms. Additional amenities such as a bathhouse, summer kitchen, service dormitories, football field, parking lot, and other utility rooms have been constructed to ensure the comfort and functionality of the outpost.
Previously, the border post was housed in an old kindergarten building which was deemed unsuitable and in disrepair. Recognizing the need for a new modern outpost, construction was swiftly completed under the leadership of the SCNS.
The establishment of this new border outpost signifies Kyrgyzstan’s commitment to enhancing border security and providing a safer environment for its citizens.
