Kamchybek Tashiev Invites Kyrgyzstanis to Tour New Government Building

The head of the State Committee for National Security in Kyrgyzstan, Kamchybek Tashiev, has extended an invitation to all citizens of the country to visit the new building of the “White House”. In a post on Facebook commemorating Independence Day, Tashiev announced that starting from September 2, citizens will be able to visit the building on weekdays.

Tashiev emphasized that individuals will need to present a passport for entry, and each citizen will only be allowed to take the tour once. Responding to criticism on social media regarding the iron fence surrounding the new building, Tashiev explained that it was necessary in order to avoid additional expenses on security measures.

“If we do not have the iron fence, we would have to hire 50-60 additional state security service employees, leading to increased spending of millions of funds from the public. In order to cut down on unnecessary expenses, we decided to erect the fence. We have always been transparent with the people and will continue to do so,” stated Tashiev.

The grand opening of the new building of the presidential administration and the Cabinet of Ministers took place on August 30. President Sadyr Japarov described the Yntymak Ordo as not just an administrative center, but also as an architectural symbol of determination and a call for unity, friendship, and progress. Citizens are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to visit the new building and witness this architectural marvel firsthand.
