Kamchybek Tashiev Places Time Capsule at Issyk-Kul Hotel Construction Site
New Five-Star Hotel Construction Underway in Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and head of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) Kamchybek Tashiev recently laid a capsule at the construction site of a new five-star hotel in Tamchy village in the Issyk-Kul region. The project, known as Khan-Teniri, is one of the largest investment ventures in the country, with a total cost of $160 million.
In his address, Tashiev emphasized the significance of the new hotel project, stating that it reflects the increasing interest of investors in Kyrgyzstan. He attributed this growing interest to the improved state of order and stability in the country, which has led to a reduction in corruption and an increase in economic development opportunities.
The five-star hotel, located 700 meters from the airport in Tamchi village, will cover an area of 99,994 square meters, with a total construction area of 48,476 square meters. The hotel is set to offer a range of amenities and facilities, including a chairman suite, suites, standard rooms, villas with lake views, a natural pool, ballroom and conference halls, spa center, bungalows with lake pools, world cuisine restaurant, outdoor sports grounds, landscape design areas, indoor pool, parking facilities, piers, and beach volleyball court.
Construction of the hotel is expected to be completed within two years, offering luxurious accommodation and recreational opportunities for visitors to the Issyk-Kul region. The project represents a significant step towards attracting tourism and investment to Kyrgyzstan, showcasing the country’s potential for economic growth and development.
