Kazakhstan and Czech Republic Strengthen Long-Term Cooperation
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the enduring and mutually beneficial collaboration between Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic during his meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs Jan Lipavský on Oct. 21. The relationship between the two countries is built on a foundation of friendship and mutual respect.
Tokayev highlighted Kazakhstan’s commitment to fostering close cooperation with the Czech Republic, recognizing it as an important partner within the European Union. He emphasized the importance of enhancing trade and investment ties between the two nations and reiterated Kazakhstan’s support for Czech investors.
Lipavský expressed gratitude to Tokayev for the meeting and extended an invitation from Czech Republic President Petr Pavel for an official visit to Prague. During the meeting, Lipavský outlined three key areas for collaboration: industry, green transition, and energy. He also emphasized the significance of expanding bilateral trade relations.
The discussions between President Tokayev and Minister Lipavský reflect the strong and longstanding partnership between Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic. Both countries are committed to furthering their cooperation and deepening their relationship in various sectors.
