Kazakhstan Continues to Grant Neo Nomad Visa to Foreign Citizens
ASTANA — Kazakhstan has recently granted the Neo Nomad Visa to five more foreign citizens, continuing to attract professionals from around the world to reside and work remotely in the country. Among the recipients of the visa are three individuals from the United States, one from the United Kingdom, and one from Latvia.
The Neo Nomad Visa allows professionals to live in Kazakhstan for up to one year while working remotely for foreign employers. To be eligible for the visa, applicants must demonstrate a stable monthly income of at least $3,000, provide proof of health insurance, and submit a certificate of no criminal record, as reported by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports on March 11.
This visa specifically targets professionals in the fields of IT, marketing, finance, design, and consulting who are looking to combine work with travel opportunities. Three foreign tourists have previously been granted the Neo Nomad Visa, with the first recipient being a UK citizen working in the energy sector. Visas have also been issued to citizens of South Korea and Singapore.
