Kazakhstan to Launch Unified Tourism App TravelStan by End of Year
Kazakhstan is set to introduce a new mobile application for tourists called TravelStan by the end of this year, announced Deputy Minister of Tourism and Sports Yerzhan Yerkinbayev at the Digital Tourism in Kazakhstan – 2025 forum held on April 22 in Almaty.
The app, as reported by Kazinform, will provide travelers with a comprehensive range of tourism services in a user-friendly digital platform. Yerkinbayev emphasized the ongoing development of digital platforms at the regional level.
He mentioned that Almaty is preparing to launch its own tourism application in collaboration with Mastercard. However, he stressed the importance of ensuring that all these tools are interconnected for seamless travel experiences.
