Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs Reports No Migrant Involvement in Military Operations

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has stated that they have not registered any cases of sending migrants from Kyrgyzstan to participate in the special military operation (SMO). Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev made this announcement during a press conference.
It was suggested by the official that individuals from Kyrgyzstan, who have obtained Russian citizenship, may be involved in the special operations. However, he emphasized that if there are facts of migrants’ participation in the special military operation, appropriate measures will be taken.
The situation arose when illegal migrants were given an option to avoid deportation by serving in a war zone at a Russian construction site. A video showcasing this offer was shared on one of the Russian Telegram channels.
The Kyrgyz government has made it clear that they are closely monitoring the situation and will respond accordingly to any instances of Kyrgyz migrants participating in the special military operation. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.
