Bishkek – 21:53, 07 March 2025 – Airports of Kyrgyzstan JSC is introducing a new eco-friendly taxi service utilizing electric cars. The company’s press service announced this initiative aimed at reducing harmful emissions and promoting environmentally friendly transportation in the country.
Passengers will now have the option to use eco-taxi services for their trips to airports across the republic. The use of electric cars not only helps in mitigating the negative impact on the environment but also provides passengers with quiet, comfortable, and modern travel experiences.
The service is currently operational, with plans for developing an app that will allow passengers to book a transfer to their destination while purchasing a ticket. Additionally, digital information kiosks will be installed at Manas Airport, enabling passengers to easily order an eco-friendly taxi.
